ADMISSION PROCEDURE
St. Paul’s School is the first English medium CO-ED school in the city of Hoshangabad established in 1979. The school is affiliated to the board of Madhya Pradesh.
St. Paul’s is just not a school ,it is the place where kids get sustenance and inspiring environment that make their future bright and shape their personality without any kind of discrimination.
Admission Procedure and policy is to match the objective of the school and abilities of the students. These are important for the rules, regulations and protocol of the school. Admission is open for those, who want to enlighten and enhance their knowledge and shape their future by studying here.
AGE :-
Pre-Primary (Nursery to KG.II) :
Nursery - 2 and ½ years to 3 and ½ years
K.G I - 3 and ½ years to 4 and ½ years
K.G II - 4 and ½ years to 5 and ½ years
And so on..
TEST FOR ADMISSION:-
Test will be conducted by school to see the capability of the student. It can be oral or written test according to the class and age of student.
Pre-Primary: Only interaction and oral test of student will be taken.
Primary :
Class I , II : Test will be based on numbers and words recognition , Assessment for English and Hindi
Class III to V : Written test of English, Hindi and Mathematics will be conducted .
Middle and further (class VI to XII ) : Written test of English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science will be conducted.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE ADMISSION:-
You have to submit following documents along with admission form.
Nursery –
1. Birth certificate
2. SSSM ID
3. Aadhar card photocopy
4. 2 recent passport size photograph
K.G. I- KG II :
1. Birth certificate
2. Mark sheet of previous class
3. Aadhar card photocopy
4. SSSM ID and Family ID photocopy
5. 2 recent passport size photograph
Class I to XI
1. Transfer Certificate (original) countersigned by competent authority.
2. Mark sheet of previous class
3. Aadhar card photocopy
4. SSSM ID and Family ID photocopy
5. 2 recent passport size photograph
6. Caste certificate (OBC\SC\ST students)
7. Parents income certificate (OBC\SC\ST students)
8. Bank passbook photocopy of student
